1. The average lifetime of the compressor (in hours or years)

Screw type air compressor average lifetime is more than 10+ years (It can be continuous function very well after changed bearing and sealing once running each 15,000~20,000hrs)

2. The maintenance warning or working hours counter

All the automatic program was set by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in English, the screw air compressor with setting of automatic running / faults, automatic Run/stop signal and fault alarm, including upload and download time, time delay, maintenance time ( First 500hrs to be maintained, to be continuous maintained as each 2,500~3,000hrs), Emergency stop etc.

3. Air dryer water content

The about compressed air be processed via refrigeration air dryer with low temperature by setting dew point as 2~10℃, its water will be removed about 97%, it’s very low content if adjust the temp. Meter as lower as suitable to your ambient. Normally, a suitable dew point setting also depends on your ambient temperature, cannot be setting too cold (the pipe will be with frozen ice on it) and too warm (cannot remove water very well).
Note: The about air dryer with auto-drain meter, it can be setting to the right time as you desired.

4. Air dryer lifetime

The about refrigeration air dryer can be used more than 10+ years ( running more longer time is ok if with standard function ), now there are many own brand equipment running very well. Don’t need to fill the refrigerant if none ammonia leakage.
